Eh, has this contest died?
It's been nearly a month and there's no word on judging or prizes. Or am I just being impatient?
I was wondering that too.
I understand if the judging is taking a long time, but I'm sure everyone would appreciate an update.

I am really sorry you guys, school and homework have been the main reason I haven't done any work on the judging so far. Believe me, I feel really guilty about it and I'm sure you guys have been getting impatient. Have some patience with me, because I WILL get this done, and done relatively soon.
Ok, I'm glad to hear that you're working on it. 
Like the others, I was just wondering what was going on because we hadn't heard a thing in 3 weeks.

Hows judging so far ?
I'm going to send an email to the judges soon, hopefully by this weekend. I am really sorry this is taking so long. I'm thinking of eliminating the public voting in order to speed up results. What are everyone's thoughts on that?
I think the judges should have a dead-line for choosing the top 10, lets say monday, and then have 5 days for the public voting and 2 days to tally the votes.
That's my 2 cents.

I sent the info about judging to the judges, and now I'm waiting for them to send me their ballots (which is probably gonna take a week or two). I'm probably going to do my own ballot soon.

Judges have been sent the remainder of the films that contained broken links (eg, taken off of YouTube), and will hopefully be able to have all the ballots in very soon.

Basically this. I've gotten full ballots from two people, one ballot that's missing two films (which I have sent him, and I assume he can download), and I'm still waiting on two other people.
I'll get mine in ASAP, I just need to watch that last film

Next time, could we just do public voting? I think this has dragged out a bit 
I agree with Daragh, this is taking too long.
I have my whole family asking me if they have judged yet.
