First and foremost, this has nothing to do with Halloween, so disqualification (most likely).
The animation was Par.
The image quality was meh. I noticed that you squeezed Widescreen to VGA. Why?
Anyway, there was a lot of static in the BR of the voices. Who did your voice acting?
There was no really Plot to it. I didn't think the jokes were funny. And Spongebob battle type shorts are WAAAAAAAAAAY overdone on Youtube (IE Spongebob vs Clonetroopers, Spongebob War, etc).
First and foremost, this has nothing to do with Halloween, so disqualification (most likely).
The theme was fright, Fib, not Halloween. He's fine.
Sound in general was pretty poor, voices especially, and it looked like your camera was on automatic, as the focus and lighting settings were changing between frames. But the animation was decent and you did a pretty good job of mixing up the camera angles. It needs work, but there's definitely some positives to build on.
My bad about the theme, Noodle.
