Re: Progress on next film: Operation Blue Dragon

Guys, I sincerely apologise to everybody who contributed to this.
But it is clear to me now that I am not going to finish this.

I basically underestimated the effort of postproduction and, honestly, lost interest in this hobby.

If anybody is interested in how far I got until I got stuck, see:

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

The animation is the hard part! How could you give up after doing all the animation?! YOU HAVE TO EDIT IT! Maybe get somebody to edit it for you!

This is truly amazing and what I saw seemed to have a lot of work put in it. I highly suggest you get somebody to edit it for you. All I think it needs is sound and possibly a few cuts tighten up in adobe. Really, please don't ditch it. mini/sad

no more brickfilming *sad face*.

I agree with what Pushover said. Great films so far!

Re: Progress on next film: Operation Blue Dragon

Ok, mister, I finally ran into this thread and after looking through it and admiring all your hard work, I can easily say that you've abandoned a masterpiece. I watched a little bit of what you put out, and it looks great! How hard could it really be to finish it?

Please, by all means DO NOT give up on this!!! mini/no

Re: Progress on next film: Operation Blue Dragon

The animation is spectacular, the visual effects are eye-opening. Boardron, you've come to far on this project to give up. And I don't think any of us are gonna let you quit.

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

Re: Progress on next film: Operation Blue Dragon

Oh it's been so long since you've announced this project; I wasn't sure if you were still working on it, to be honest.

But I loved the draft! The whole film feels unique visually, since it's got some amazing set design, animation, and effects. With a bit of cuts, sound, music, and the rest of the voices, this could turn out really great.
