Lego Star Wars: Why Darth Vader switched to stormtroopers
Why Darth Vader switched to stormtroopers.
This is my 3rd video and longest yet.
you shouldn't bum threads with useless information like that
If people aren't commenting about your video there Probably isn't anything to say
Well first of all your Darth Vader impersonation wasn't that good.
but it is pretty hard to sound like him so I wont harass you to much for that.
your animation was a bit choppy but only patience can fix that
I was throughly confused about the story and the title
Darth Vader didn't switch to Storm Troopers the where the clones with new outfits
the stormtroopers also came into being about a little before Vader sometime between Episode II and III
(they where originally called phase II troopers)
your animation also didn't seem to have anything to do about Darth switching to Stormtroopers
A more appropriate title would be "Darth Vader's Cape"
No one viewed it because of the time of day I posted it, so I had to post a comment/say something so it would get more views
And if I played my videos at 15fps than they would end up being 30sec like yours .
And why were you throughly confused about the story? Its a comedy. A joke.
I thought about Where's my Cape but decided not to.
Don't post your film in the releases section, which is a place for critiquing brickfilms (not for praise), and then be angry for getting critique.
I was not "angry for getting critique".

Hey I am offended >:(
I think it is better to have a 30 second smooth animation then a 3 minute choppy animation
EDIT: of course that implies that my animations are smooth
I don't think you should use a lower frame rate just to make your animations longer.
you are potentially damaging your animations so that they take up more time
personalty I usily don't have time to watch these 5 minute videos.
Like Pillow said the this place is for getting critiqued I was merely pointing out what was wrong so you can try to fix it in your next film.
also a comedy is usily much more then "a Joke" the joke is much funnier when you have a story behind the joke
just a suggestion

It did
My video is 3 minutes
I was replying to the "I usily don't have time to watch these 5 minute videos."
I was replying to the "I usily don't have time to watch these 5 minute videos."
Then you're coolman face makes no sense. That would imply that you're proud of the length.
you makes no sense . Im proud that its not to long but not to short
that still isn't the best thing to be proud of
I'm not that proud of it.
You just said you were. Please, stop acting like you're a genious who knows everything, that kind of acting isn't really appreciated here and neither in real life. Just accept that you were wrong, that makes everything easier for everybody, and for you. Arrogance won't take you far in this world. You don't have to be overly protective with your work, suggestions and critiques exist to help you get better.
And please, use correct punctuation and grammar, some people here (like me) do not speak english as first language.
Btw, welcome to BiM, I hope your attitude gets better so that you can enjoy the community better. Here's a link that might help you understand better the rules of this forum.
Like everyone else said, you need to switch to 15fps.
It was very choppy, Your walk cycle was okay, I personally don't like the Star Wars themed brickfilms, there are way too many already.
And also, don't argue with criticism, that will get you nowhere.

Star Wars Brickfilms are just fine but you really need to deliver the animation in a new and/or Creative way
Look at Fancypants pretty much all he did was Star Wars but he did them creatively and made them enjoyable to watch
I think the biggest reason I would tell someone not to make a Star Wars Brickfilms is that Star Wars Lego sets are unbelievably expensive
Sorry MPfist0 I just didn't like it when Coyote Creek Films said "you shouldn't bum threads with useless information like that
If people aren't commenting about your video there Probably isn't anything to say".
And I didn't think my video deserved a 1 out of 5 rating.
I tried to do 15 fps but I can't seem to get my mini's to move slow enough.
Yeah Fancypants's videos is what got me into brick filming!

I don't think it is your place to say what your video deserves you tried and we are telling you how to do better
and for the record I meant to say "Bump" not "bum"

Nor do I. I've seen much worse.

What FPS do you use right now? 10? Just a guess.
