Hello everyone, I am an amateur animator, and i´ve been having problems with the sound effects, mainly with action sounds (Shots, hits and footsteps).And i really need better sounds for my next video!!
I´ll be glad if someone help me saying what should i do or some good site of FREE sounds

There's a large selection of recommended FREE sites there 
Another great place for sound fx is: www.freesound.org You must make an account,(it is free) and there are thousands of great sounds for use! Hope this helps, and good luck!
