Time Paradox
This time I have represented a time paradox in which there's a connection between two different moments in time (a half minute occurs before the other)... Hope you like it!
So, I saw the title "Time Paradox" and needed to watch it.
I. Love. Time Travel.
This is bizarre, because it actually takes after my own theory on Time Paradoxes:
"If a man creates a gun and goes back in time and shoots himself, what happens? Answer: nothing. Because he doesn't. If you go back, you've already been back. And if you've already been back, you haven't shot yourself because you're alive long enough to build a time machine. Maybe you get cold feet, or the gun jams. But either way, you don't die."
Well done on the film. The light flicker was a bit annoying, but it wasn't too bad.
I personally prefer the you go back in time, you just are back in time, your old timeline is gone, and all that remains is the traveler. No paradoxes. Two of the same person can exist in that universe.
I've thought up a story on that, I might make it into a brickfilm one day.
my second favorite idea is that a paradox rips everything within an extremely large radius out of existence. This could potentially be used as the ultimate weapon. (I also have a story about that).
But I think more realistically a scientist intelligent enough to build a time machine would perform a test which doesn't put his life at risk when it's completely unnecessary. Logically, if they are performing an experiment, they wouldn't know the outcome, and are performing the test to find out what the outcome is, and with an obvious risk of death, which would prevent them from really learning anything (and it would kill them) that's not really a clever thing to do.
A much better thing would be to set a box of matches out someplace, go back in time, and burn the box of matches with a box of matches, or blow up some fireworks with fireworks, or break a teapot with a teapot.
