That was indeed very random. o.O
You need to find a way to keep your camera stable. Make a cradle for it or tape it down.

You shouldn't just assume he isn't 13. Just 'cuz he has a REALLY sqeaky voice that sounds like a 1st grader doesn't mean he's not 13.
The camera kept shaking. Stablize it with blue-tak or duck tape or something. The animation was REALLY slow, and did not fit the time. Try a fast fps.

Tape down your set and camera. Use at least 12 FPS (frames per second) to make it look ok, though most brickfilmers use 15 FPS. Close the curtains to avoid light flicker and try not to stand too close to the set when you're taking the picture, because then you can see your shadow on the set and sometimes you can see yourself in the LEGO windows. Also it will look more realistic if you move the background figures as well, in this case the ticketseller. And try to work on a better story. The sets pretty good though. I think these tutorials by Nathan Wells will help you.

Are you using a Q9K (Quickcam 9000)? If so, here's an old thread about building cradles:

If you don't have a Q9K then you might get some ideas from that thread.

Ah ok. *googles the cam* Hmm, best option would be to tape it down I think, but that would probably make your camera sticky. =/ Building some brick walls around it should work as well, as long as you don't bump against it. 
I will not make fun of your voice, it just means your vocal cords haven't developed, I had a voice (While no where near like his) that was like a younger kid at that age too.
