I love the set design. It's simple but has a nice appeal. The camera pan from the apartment to the carnival is nice as well. Additionally, all the animation, for the most part, is lively and fun–particularly in the crowd scene towards the end.
My only qualm would be that the aspect ratio seems to be a bit stretched. It may have something to do with your export settings, but I can't be entirely certain.
