I have just finished the script for the first part of a series of brickfilms. In this pilot episode, 22-year-old Adam Monk discovers that after his phone was struck by a sudden flash of lightning, it gains super-apps which give him the ability to become a real-life superhero. I would also like to add that this is a family friendly film, and is free from strong language and explicit adult material. Setting: 2016, North Eastern United States, in a fictional city named Blockam (very much like New York).

Role: Major
Age: 22.
Info: Adam is a shy man, who works for a massive Pay-day loans company, under the CEO, Mr Herman. His altar-ego, a strong superhero, and main protagonist in the story.
Test Line: “You can't get away with this any longer. I will be sure to hand you and your kind in to the police!”

Name: John Nickel/Buffer Man Part taken by Jay
Role: Major
Age: 30-40
Info: John Nickel is an experimental physicist and boyfriend of Amy Swanson. In his spare time, he is Buffer Man, an evil villain, who owns a top secret lair underneath the city. He has an army of minions, named the Glitchers that do all his dirty work.
Test Line: “App Man must be stopped. We don't want him to get in our way, do we, guys?”

Name: John Herman Part taken by Jay
Role: Moderate
Age: 45-55
Info: John Herman is an entrepreneur and CEO of Herman Inc., a massive organisation that owns and sells houses and apartments and is also a Pay-day loans company. He is a harsh, short-tempered man, and a merciless businessman.
Test Line: “This happens far too often, Mr. Monk. I tell you to come at precisely 8:00am and when do you come? 8:05am!”

Info: Amy is a news anchor for C&N News. She is the girlfriend of John Nickel and daughter of the mayor of Blockam City.
