Being able to set the coordinates (xyz translate and rotate bare minimum) of the camera, or at the very least, lock the camera in place.

I agree with that since LDD needs to have a feature like that so that you have a camera angle in place while building the set.

Creating well crafted stories and good animation, continually refining and improving your craft, whilst earning the respect of your fellow brickfilmers, and above all else, taking pride in your accomplishments? Totally achievable!
Depends on a lot of things like what your schedule is, what your goal is, and how devoted you are. It's all practice, practice, and practice, you know.
Success = 1% hard work and 99% percent tallent... or something like that.

Contests are a tradition, so definitely THAC and the Summer contests both on BiM and BaB, although I have a lot of respect for the contests and festival days that Brickfilmday has been putting on, and I hope to participate in more of their events in the future.
