We've concluded the judging process for our summer Sight & Sound animation contest! Many thanks to all of the entrants, the judges, my contest co-runner Nathan Wells, and our contest sponsors:

Thank you to our judges Nathan Wells, Thomas Evans, and Chris Boyer for contributing their input in the process. Because it as a close matchup, we couldn't reach a true consensus and had to rely on mathematical averaging of our rankings to determine the winning films. We enjoyed watching all 22 entries, and it was neat to see people make an effort at sound design, an area often neglected in brickfilming. It wasn't easy to pick a the winners. The quality of entries is good, and it's just not possible for five judges to reach a consensus on more than a top ten. Thank you again to everybody who made a film for this contest!
