This is a scene remake from a Belgian soap opera called "thuis" or "home" in english.
Rosa(brown hair) and Marianne (blonde hair) have the same love interest and cant bear each other.
In this scene they have an argument at the train station. It gets so heated that a fight starts between the two women.
The language of the dialogue is in dutch but its mostly Rosa and Marianne bickering back and forth.
