The Monkey's Paw
This is my entry for VN's halloween contest.
i loved that film very mysterious
I quite enjoyed that. It was one of the few entries that I thought actually fit the theme. I only have one problem with it, and that is that I'm not really a fan of the digital pans/zooms, they look really artificial. But you created a creepy atmosphere with the music, some nice cinematography, and the "wish" effect was really good.
I love the line where the kid says "I don't see the money, and I bet I never shall." Too true haha!

Uh, the kid's name was Herbert then he died by getting his arm caught in a machine then his parrents got the money.
I think the reason why he died is when the father asked the paw for $200, it gave him bad luck by not paying attention. So the parrents were unaware that they exchanged Herbert's soul for $200.
I think FancyPants is aware of that, krakovibrick man. I really like this film, it made my heart stop for a second at the end. This is the only one that actually scared me at all.
Krakovibrick (sorry for spelling) google Monkeys Paw, it is a novel/story whatever if you don't understand it
One of the best entries into VN's Ani-Exer Size: Halloween Edition.
It was actually one of the only entries that actually scared me and it fitted
with the theme well.
5/5
No, the theme was fright
That was better than Alien Parasites! : o
-Jimmybob
No jimmybob, not even close. Alien Parasites is one of the sweetest brickfilms ive ever seen.
Very original and fresh, a good break from the repeats and copies...
My only complaint is the voice actor for the mom, who didn't seem to show any emotion.
i loved that film very mysterious
In case you didn't know it's based off of a book
