Do you need programs like WavTracker to figure out how many frames you need for each minifigure to talk or could you use an equation like this:
n=length of audio f=frame rate s= number of frames needed
N x F = S
I think your missing the point of wavtracker. We know how to find how long, but, atleast for me, wavtracker shows the wav and compares it to the frames. So, you can see when he says certain words and stuff like that so you can actually line up your animation to the talking.

I only brought it up because when I tried downloading WavTracker it failed idk maybe I will try again
