Topic: Forum>Forum thingies on top of pages

I have noticed that the buttons to go back to a forum only appear on the bottom of threads. Can they also be added to the top, if possible?

-Maron

EDIT: On another note, there is no "mark forum read" button either...

This site isn't very compatible with Internet Explorer. Have a look at it in Firefox, Safari or Chrome.

Oh. Now I'm using MF, and I see the bar. Thanks for the tip. Will the site be made for IE?

I don't think so. IE is a very bad (for this site anyway) browser compared to FireFox. If I were you I'd stick with firefox.

Re: Forum>Forum thingies on top of pages

Schlaeps made a thread back in the Refugee Camp asking if IE6 compatibility was important and most of the community said no. That's why.

As If I dont know that. That's like the most important thing on this site. IE sucks, MF rocks. Please, we all know which one is better. I just happened to use a computer that didn't have MF.

I use MF as with IE the pages load slower and i get loads of pop ups.

Re: Forum>Forum thingies on top of pages

I had to jump through a heap of hoops to re install a bunch of .dll files to download IE again so Live Messenger would work, and after I installed IE I got a heap of security problems which were linked to Internet Explorer.

If you just happened to use a computer with IE, all you had to do was install FireFox. Doesn't take long. I don't think you can even get onto the chat or check messages with IE on this site.

Are you so sure? I use Safari, I had the same problem a few days ago.

Re: Forum>Forum thingies on top of pages

I would think the site would work best with Safari. I assume Schlaeps uses it, judging from the screencasts.
