Hmm... this is hardly a film at all, is it? 
Picture quality was good though, and the animation of the running character was certainly interesting. Audio was pretty basic, but seemed to do the job. There's not really anything more to comment on; perhaps it would be a good idea to try making something with a bit of a plot because you certainly have the quality potential. 
Anyways, overall this wasn't bad though it seemed to be more like a 10 minute test whipped together with some audio and credits.
