The animation seemed choppy, I would move the arms less when they are talking for better quality. Also, I'd move the arms less when they talk so it seems more casual. But not bad, nice concept 
The light flicker was noticable, but not too bad. The animation was choppy at times, but sometimes you would get a good movement here and there. The voice acting could have been better.
But overall, not too bad.
