And the saga continues... But this is probably going to be the last one though, since I'm out of ideas. Though, I did say that last year, but that was because I couldn't see any possible way to make another one (until this year late January). Anyways, hope you guys like this one! Spread the love! mini/bigsmile

Re: Valentine The Sequel

Not processed yet. But I bet it's gonna be great.

EDIT: Watched it, loved it. Good job.

Awesome all-so profezional review

Valentine the Sequel brings all the great animation we've come to expect from filmyguy1, and the same heart from the first Valentine.  Like any expected second chapter to a romance movie, something goes haywire in the relationship between John (In this film he gets a name.) and his girlfriend.  The comic events that take place are absolutely entertaining and keep you interested throughout the whole film, right up to a hilarious failed suicide by John.

Valentine The Sequel is heartwarming and lovable, and at four minutes in length, it's an even bigger treat.  Give it a view!

Re: Valentine The Sequel

Awesome, when John opened the door, was that like a punk fRed listening to the music?

Re: Valentine The Sequel

Ark, you may want to watch the original Valentine...

This is one of my favourite brickfilms so far this year. It's great how there's no actual dialogue but the situations are easily recognisable so the viewer can still connect with the characters. I found myself saying 'Burn!' a few times...

Re: Valentine The Sequel

One of the best brickfilms of the year. The animation was very impressive, and your basic (yet very effective) sets really put the focus towards the story and the characters. I loved it.

Re: Valentine The Sequel

Awesome animation, cool buildings and an easy to follow story(Is that right?), but I think it wasn´t that great; I don´t know why, it´s just I could go on with my stuff after watching it.

Re: Valentine The Sequel

That was a wonderful movie, filmyguy. I think the original Valentine was well beaten by the sequel. The story did work very well, plus your animation is on an extremely high level. I loved the sequences showing John hanging out with one girl at a time, doing the same things. It also adds to the charme of the film that there was no speaking. The titles were subtile and worked well - while watching this, at some points did I get the impression that some titles were even a bit unnecessary and it had been a little more elegant to leave them away. In my opinion, that would've worked even better at some points. I agree with BertL on the sets, they were very basic, but also gave the film a personal touch.

Overall, this is some highly enjoyable (a little too late) Valentine's brickfilm. Great work!

Re: Valentine The Sequel

I was hoping this was going to be great, and it didn't disappoint. Animation was beautiful, the music fitted quite nicely, and the set design was effective(especially on the houses). It gave me a chuckle, and all together it just makes me to go and watch it again !

Re: Valentine The Sequel

Superb work. Fantastic animation and flawless integration of the slapstick humor. I had to watch the cut of the main character with the rock on the bridge multiple times, I couldn't stop laughing at how perfect it was.

Re: Valentine The Sequel

That was amazing. I thought the way you did the river was very creative.
The carousel was really cool.

Re: Valentine The Sequel

This video was great, the animation was smooth, the jokes were pretty funny, and it was a great sequel. Well done, filmyguy.

I didn't think it fell short of the original. What's with that? mini/confused
