Buy a bulk set full of bricks, or go to Bricklink.

The online Pick-a-brick is way too overpriced.

The store one is okay, it all depends on how much you can fit in the container.
That lets you control how much you get for your money.

If you want super low prices, Bricklink.

Not literally dead, just no longer interested in Lego or animation.

Re: Where do you get your lego bricks from?

I buy all my Lego from my local Navy Exchange base. The prices there are decent, and they have a good selection of sets and bricks.

Re: Where do you get your lego bricks from?

sometimes i go too bricklink, but most of the time i go too my local lego store ( no I'm not talking about a place like toys r us, i mean the actual lego store that is dedicated to legos). they have a giant wall of lego bricks in the back, and you fill up these little 2 liter cups with them. I've perfected the technique of of strategically placing the bricks in the cup by stacking them together. can you believe they said  no one tried that before? how unprofessional! mini/jaw

yah, the online has ridiculous (so does the design by me, i created a portal gun which only had 4 peices in it, and it said it would cost $10!!) the store has better prices. like i said just strategically place the bricks and you get a good deal. mini/bigsmile

Re: Where do you get your lego bricks from?

Wow Bricklink is cool!

Re: Where do you get your lego bricks from?

I got my bricks when I first started building. I got a starter kit and then I progressed and got some bigger better sets. I then proceeded to wreck them all so I could use the pieces to build something else. After that, my dad was digging around and found his old LEGOs from the 80's which where pretty much all blue and red. Then I started collecting the Modular sets and I stopped. I looked around, and noticed that I had all the LEGO's I'd ever need to make my films. So apart from the occasional set or minifigure, I don't buy bricks anymore.

But yeah, BrickLink is best.

So yeah, I'm back from my mind.

Re: Where do you get your lego bricks from?

If you need a lot of bricks for a good price, go browse your neighborhood for yard sales, some people sell their old Lego collection for as low as $15.
