Practice in front of a mirror. Or perhaps be around her often and try and talk to her so that you become more comfortable. Then when you feel the time is right, go for it.
If it's making her anti-social and she's doing it on a regular basis, or addicted, you should tell someone and get her back on a straight path.

MOL, What drugs is she on ? If it's just weed, god don't tell an adult.. They're just as responsible as you for what they do, you'll screw up your whole relationship and it will not help. She will get punished or something and just do it again later.
If it's something more serious then weed, something addicting then you should tell an adult.

Whooooaaaahh, I was not expecting that. You've found yourself in a pretty bad situation. Do you know how long she's been doing it or if anyone else has had concerns over it?
Wow cocaine at 13, that's pretty heavy. I thought some of the 16 year old potheads were wasting their lives getting high in every spare minute of their time. But coke, sheesus, that's bad.
Well, I think she started a couple weeks ago. I have found no one else that is concerned for her, which is weird.
She's 13 and she drinks, smokes and takes cocaine.
Seriously that's scary.
No offense but if she carry's on like this she won't have a long life expectancy.

Valentine's day was yesterday for me.
I'm worried bout my best friend, she hooked up with a friend of hers the night before because he asked and she didn't want to hurt him etc and she was in a wreck all day trying to think of what to do. They supposedly went out yesterday...

It's also Chinese new year, therefore, it is relevant.
I was in Melbourne for CNY last year, which was also Australia day so they combined the two parades into a MASSIVE spectacular! I haven't got my photos cuz the friend has yet to give them to me and I have given up all hope of ever seeing them
