Is it alright if our minifigure has like a blue jacket on and is holding a red cup?
Does the piece have to be completely blue?
Does the piece have to be completely blue?
Only the base color must be blue, I think.

Basically, if the plastic is actually blue and it's not a print, then it counts. But if it's a dual-color brick, then the blue part of it has to be touching a red brick.

This is correct.
Does it matter if the mod element is present in the entire shot? example: The camera is facing a black wall and after five seconds a minifigure runs buy with a red hand and a blue torso.
I have voice-acted in a couple BRAWL films already, but I want to let everyone else know that after tomorrow (Wednesday, 7/20) I will be on vacation for the rest of the month. Therefore, I need the script tonight or tomorrow if anyone else wants me to act in their BRAWL film.
Good luck on the contest, everyone!

Yup! As long as the MOD element can be clearly seen in the shot, it counts.
Well say if the MOD element is visually seen then the camera starts to go up but you can't see the MOD element anymore for a brief period of time, does that still count?

Yup! Didn't you watch the video?
Is inverting/changing the colors of the BRAWL logo acceptable.
i.e. this:
I was under the assumption that it would be, given that a brickfilm entry could potentially be in black & white, but, I just thought I'd ask ahead of time.
Does BRAWL end the same day even if you're not in British Standard Time, for example if you were in Eastern Standard Time?

You can change the colors of the BRAWL logo, sure.

The day it ends depends on which timezone you're in. For Eastern Daylight Time, the contest ends July 23rd at 7pm.
Is there anyone male wanting to do some voice acting? (4 lines)
EDIT: Never mind

Do I have to have a MOD element in the title? For example, my title has a lego piece moving but no MOD element.
