Re: The Animation Challenge
I think I'll try for this! Sounds fun!

Can't wait to make a video for this! I have an idea!:)
Very short, and hopefully sweet.
An Entry! It's been a very long time since I've done one of these.

Love the bounce at the end!
Whoops, I forgot the judge the challenge!
But here I am now. This is really tough! All of you did an awesome job. Unfortunately, there can be only one winner, so I declare the winner of this round to be FeinsteinFilms.
Congratulations! Thanks to everyone for entering! Take it away, Feinstein!
Thanks to rioforce for hosting.
The theme of the next challenge is Squash and Stretch. This is one of the twelve principles of animation, although it has (as far as I know) been rarely used in brickfilming.
The deadline is next Sunday, September 3rd.
Good luck, everyone!
Hmmm.... interesting, maybe I will try it.
Well, (a little over) one more day if anyone wants to throw something together.
Edit: Looks like the Animation Challenge will be in hibernation mode again. Oh well :P

I'm making one right now.
Finished. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IECNhCTy_vA
I wanted to finish it in an evening, so that's why there's a bunch of flicker in the background.
Very cool, Lego Stax! I wonder when will the animation challenge continue... I hope its soon
Nice job, Lego Stax. I'd be interested in reviving this too (more people might be available now that the SofA contest is finished).
I would really like to do one of these, plus I have a few free days this weekend. I hope the challenge will continue soon.
So should one of us take charge and decide on a new challenge?
Yeah, thing's been dead long enough. Want to announce one?
For everyone who's been waiting, here's a new animation challenge!
Crumple paper into a ball and throw it. It may sound dumb, but I imagine it won't be easy. Creative ways to crumple paper are encouraged!
EDIT: Realized I forgot the deadline. Please submit before the end of Sunday.

Here's my entry (fun challenge!): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLTfFkAjIQI
I'd recommend extending the deadline to the end of Sunday - I think most people have time to do this on the weekend.
