Re: Post Your Music!

Hey guys! I created the soundtrack for the main story of "A Brickfilm Christmas". You can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lnWorQxMZM

Any feedback would be appreciated! mini/smile

Re: Post Your Music!

I produced the original music for my THAC XV film. You can listen here: https://soundcloud.com/jasperreddin/choises

Re: Post Your Music!

Very cool down-tempo tune.  I enjoy the analog sound you achieved at the beginning, then the somber piano that enters the arrangement.  I love it.

Re: Post Your Music!

Glad you enjoyed it! It was fun to produce.

Re: Post Your Music!

Recently some new Tinnitis material ws posted on Bandcamp, including the "Nina's Dead!" single.  The song originally appeared on "the Year We Make Contact" album, but this single includes every mix, including this, all-piano, one.  There's a bell in the chorus to evoke a ,"ding dong! the Witch is dead" idea.  Nina is a universally-loathed character for the TV series "24".

-  Song Title
         Nina's Dead! (Michelle Dessler's Mix)

  -  Composer/Dj/Artist/Band Name (it's just good to have).
          MICHAEL TOURETTE - TINNITIS

  -  Genre (if possible).
          ELECTOPUNK/ TECHNO/ NEW WAVE

  -  Description about the song/sample/midi/etc.
The song is about a guy whose life is a string of misfortunes, but he's happy anyway, because Nina's Dead!

Re: Post Your Music!

A bunch of music that I've made. Feel free to use it!
If you want to download it, you can use a 'YouTube to MP3' thing or whatever. You have my permission. mini/smile
You don't have to credit me at all.

Re: Post Your Music!

I posted this in the Other Films page, but this is probably a more appropriate place to post it since it is not a video but a song. YouTube.

Re: Post Your Music!

Here is another recording, this time of the first movement of Schumann's Kinderszenen.

YouTube

Question for the admins, is this the correct place to post this, or should I post these in the Other Films page?

Re: Post Your Music!

One that has been received and got a lot of discussion: I finally posted this on BandCamp.  "The Complete History of Recorded Music, Part 1."

SONG TITLE: Complete History of Recorded Music, Part 1
BAND NAME: Tinnitis
GENRE: Classical, Sound Collage, Electropunk
DESCRIPTION: From Thomas Edison's first recording to dance music of the new millennium, this short film is a year-by-year stream of consciousness audio tapestry chronicling a century and a half of music that has been preserved on media. This is not a BEST OF list, as such things are subjective. Recordings that were selected for inclusion either defined or defied their time period. All recorded works used in this film comply with "Fair Use" laws, and do not infringe on the copyright holders of the original sound recordings. Parts 1 and 2 are a single track on the TInnitis album DAWKINS VS THE MONKEY SHAKESPEARE SIMULATOR
URL: https://tinnitis.bandcamp.com/album/com … sic-single

Comments and questions are extremely welcome.  I've answered many of them on this song already.
