Re: Reflections in the lego

So I should have the lamps high up facing downwards?

*BUMP*
I have the same problem, but with the CAMERA.
My camera's silver colored ring reflects in the bricks, and it seems like it's nothing I can do about it. Will a polarizing filter do the trick for this too? (I use a Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000)

Re: Reflections in the lego

You can use sharpie or black permanent marker to color over the silver part. I think 0ldscratch uses painter's tape to cover up the chrome.

Re: Reflections in the lego

I use silly putty.  You just need something dull that's not in a super-bright color (like white, yellow, red) or a very bright shade of a color.

Re: Reflections in the lego

I just use black electric tape, and I don't have that problem.

Re: Reflections in the lego

is there no way to switch off that light? I know in the logitech C910 camera there are blue lights from the camera, but i recently discovered you can switch em off in the options.

Re: Reflections in the lego

I just covered those with the electric tape too. But there is a setting for the LQCP9k to turn off the light.
