I'm trying to upload a film to the directory, and when I upload a thumbnail I get this..

*ahem* Unless you've figured it out already, it could be browser related.  Did you get an error or anything?

I have a different problem. When I upload a thumbnail, it's the same one from the last video I uploaded. mini/confused
And they keep switching! + The video starts out with 3.5 stars!
