I Found that page and it says live capture is possible but when i download the trial it doesn't let me...

If you mean camera, I think he uses a type of Lumix.

If you mean software, he doesn't use a capture software.

Not literally dead, just no longer interested in Lego or animation.

He posted a picture before with a Lumix, but I guess he changed cameras since then.

Not literally dead, just no longer interested in Lego or animation.
