try messing around with Camera/webcam settings, tough i didn't really notice light flicker, i could really tell when you used masking
Seemed too choppy and slow....
What fps do you use?
Why is the camera so shaky? You should really do something about that! ![]()

10 frames per second
Are you sure you're not filming on twos? It looked more like 5 fps to me.
Also, the camera bumps caused the masking to look wierd.

Sorry, I will fix that.
No need to say sorry bud! We are just trying to help each other improve. Right now we are trying to hep you.
What program do you use? I would also suggest animating at 15 fps.

^try using pinacle videospin, its free and you can do up to 31 fps
I myself would suggest MonkeyJam, but do whatever you are comfortable with. ![]()
Well...I actually found about everything quite bad in the film. The animation was choppy, the set could've been much better, the lighting was too dark, and the story wasn't really good. Next time I suggest making something original, we're no forrestfire101 here on BiM. For now, I think you should just go and practice your animation more. Sorry, and good luck!
