So I've recently noticed that the user list contains a tab called "The Fates" yet it contains no users. Also there is a tab called "members*" containing a small number of members of this site. Could someone be kind enough to explain what these user classifications are.

"The Fates" are a group that changes every sponsored contest. I was a judge for TOY and was part of the Fates group. These are the people who will decide the fate of the entrants. There are no users now as there are no contests to judge. Not really sure about members with an asterisk- I think those are just the really cool paying members.

Also, what would the qualifications be to enter the community forum? A certain time on the site or a high reputation? (Or possibly both?)
