You need to make much smaller movements in between frames.
The FPS you're using is fine; you just need to make your minifigs move in smaller steps.

All right I'll do that next time I make a movie.
Also, make sure your camera is pointed a little more toward the action so we can actually see what's going on. For the majority of the film I could only see half of the action because the camera was aimed too high.

Make a set, NEVER NEVER NEVER show your desk in your films (or it has to be there for a reason).
^For test, it's alright, but not during a film unless reality has a purpose in the film.
all right I am going to have to figure a new desk to use.
