Regarding the thumbnail, are you sure it is necessary? As on my YouTube account I have the ability to put custom thumbnails on my vids
The animation itself was pretty nice, but I did not like the bullets that you had added, they just look out of place. Especially as they are far too big. I always think the less you put in, in post, the better. But a good effort none the less.
