Technically speaking, it needs work (animation, chroma keying etc.), but the actual idea behind it was rather good and quite poetic.
I really like this brickfilm. It's (I'd almost say similar to mine) doesn't use any over the top special effects or other such devices. It's real - short, sweet, get's it's message across rather simply, and features mainly LEGO elements.
It's films like this that were the first brickfilms - those that challenged just what simple minifig and 2x4 bricks could really do. And this film is a perfect example of that.
For a film to give such a nice and meaningful message all with just 30 seconds is truly amazing. I can't wait to see it again, on the DVD. And, I hope it gets the praise it deserves. - This is one of my favorite films made for the contest so far, I can definitely say.
