We have not heard back from many of our Kickstarter backers about necessary information: a full name for use in the film's credits, and shipping information. We sent out a survey for this information through Kickstarter on July 15.

If we do not have a shipping address, we are unable to ship rewards. And in the case of Cameo rewards, we cannot include a cameo in the animation we're filming later this month if we don't have the necessary information about who we are making a minifigure version of.

I did notice my BiM Celebration entry had a black border around it, was that down to the format I exported in?

Vandy (Doug Vandegrift) made the DVDs so he might know; I know he had to wrestle with a wide variety of resolutions and file formats for the Celebration entries so that may have had something to do with it. I haven't seen the finished DVDs myself yet, hopefully the border is not too severe.

I'm sorry to say that rewards that haven't shipped yet, could take some time. The delayed timing of the DVDs' completion was unfortunate for us because we're just now gearing up to animate the documentary's animated portions, a collaborative effort between Mathan Wells, MindGame, and me.  We'll do our best, but Nathan has a lot of prep to do for that and we want to make sure the documentary itself is completed on schedule for you guys.

It was somewhat prominent, but not too terrible.  I think it was down to the fact I sent a 4K file when I probably should have downscaled it first.
