I like this one. It's short and simple, but it gets the point across. I also like how you apply the theme in a more implicated way, since the "fresh start" doesn't appear in the film. The animation is pretty smooth, especially that one shot where he slides behind the couch. Good job!
Super job, Wammy! I really enjoyed watching this.
Overall, the idea is relatively simple, yet, I think, very effective. Your animation looks very smooth, especially for creating this in just twenty-four hours. My two favorite bits of animation were the changing facial expressions and the chemist taking cover behind the couch. The chemistry props were a great addition to the film as well. Keep up the good work!
The animation is really good, but it's a shame you couldn't get the rest of the planned film I thought up in there.
I really liked the animation in this one.
Moral of the story- If you are messing with chemicals, be sure to have an invincible couch.
Thanks guys!
I'm also very pleased to finally know how to remove the light flicker in my videos, thanks to rioforce!
The sound design seemed a little unfitting, but your animation is very smooth. I must congratulate you on making it all the way through your first THAC!
I enjoyed the visual comedy in this, hiding behind the furniture was a great touch. It brought a smile to my face, which is sort of hard after how many lego movies I've seen. The set design and shot selection was creative, I don't really have a critique to make about this film.
It does what it does well. If there's a reason it wasn't in my top 10, it is that what it is doing is not as ambitious as some of the other THAC films.
This was an enjoyable watch for me. The premise is simple but well-executed. I actually think the sound design is one of the stronger parts of this film. it wasn't overbearing and it fit the animation well.
The animation, of course, is hard to fairly critique for a THAC film, but two things stood out to me: positive and one that I think could use work. First, the hammer animation is dead-on. Just enough swing and force behind it, and the chosen sound to match is perfect. For some reason swinging hammers seem to be a difficult thing for brickfilmers to animate, but you (pun unintended) nailed it here. As for improving: the hair on the main character moved about a bit more independently of the head that I would have liked. It can be difficult to turn a minifigure head while keeping the hair in the same place, and I've found it helps to loosen the head's joint a bit so the connection isn't so stiff.
I ultimately have to agree with Smeagol:

I can attest to the fact that when that specific hair piece gets loose, it is a pain in the neck to animate.
I'm really happy you finished your entry in time Wammy! This really is a gem of a THAC film, and on a second viewing I found that I appreciated it even more.
I don't know what I can add that others haven't already stated in the suggestions department, so just keep improving! I can't wait to see more brickfilms from you.
