You have some pretty good animation going on here. All the characters moved with a nice fluidity to them.
My main problem with this film, though, is cinematography. Many shots have the characters sitting way to low in the frame, with a lot of awkward empty space left on top of them. The shot of Superman from 1:08 onwards gives an example of what I mean. Superman is far to low in the frame. To improve this, look up a thing called "The Rule of Thirds". This technique will help you line up stuff in the frame at more appealing points and give your images a more aesthetically pleasing look to them. There's more to good cinematography than just following the rule of thirds, but it gives you a good foundation to build upon.
I agree with what Sonjira has said about your framing; a lot of it is a bit off. Also, some shots are quite fast and jarring, making it at times difficult to follow exactly what is happening.
However, your animation is great, and the vfx in this were amazing.
