No need to worry about that. With the new Hoth trooper battle pack, those visors are quite common.

The "pilot/flame thrower dude" would be served well by a more unified color scheme. In one figure you have light grey, dark grey, sand blue, blue, white, black, and metallic silver. That's a bit much.
In regards to your commander . . . well, I'm not a fan of Sharpie at the best of times and it's a bit painful on these guys. Have you ever tried using decals? Also, consider the color scheme on these as well.
