Is there a free web hosting site that allows for you to upload your own .htm and .css files? I would really like to code my own site you see, rather than using there stupid little pre-made templates.

This is what I used, and after making your site with the templates, you have the ability to change to strictly html editing
I like 110mb.com for free website hosting. It is way better than webs.com I have tried both.
