Topic: Black Expanse?

Everyone knows the classic white expanse. My question is, how do you make it look as if the set fades away into darkness? I only have 1 large grey baseplate. Please help, it's for my DaD entry!  mini/eek

It's the same as a white expanse, but in reverse. Get a big black material, slope it behind your set and turn the exposure down. MindGame said that in Mirrored Perspective he used a black t-shirt.
