Actually not bad just make it faster or increase the frame rate.

Well make the movements faster, try to make bigger impacts, and move the camera more so it looks more like an action sequence.

I think you do need to make your movements a little faster, but you also need to greaten the impact of the contact (I mean like, when one person punches the other person, make it a harsher force). And as Solid said as well, you need to ease.
