Anyway, the movements weren't bad at all, but you really, really, need to do something about your filming area.
Shoving the table and set up against a solid wall will not only give a consistent background, but will help with the light-flicker. Also, put all your camera settings on manual, and turn your ceiling fan light off if you haven't already.
Not bad for a test, but you need to fix the lighting situation.
