for me, it starts at 7 am. i live in EST or GMT-5:00 so 12-5= 7. it's easy math. then that link to the chart just confused me- so i set a time on my desktop

YES! Finally! I will enter this one for sure!
For me it's starts at 13:00 at the day so that's great! It means I will have over 13 hours of pure work then sleep about 7-8 hours and then have 4-5 hours left to make sure everything is great!
